Jos pilateharjoittelusta on kulunut jo aikaa, on silloin hyv\u00e4 aloittaa alkeiskurssilla kertaamalla.<\/p>\n<p>Voit tulla kurssille vaikka sinulla olisi liikuntarajoitteita tai tuki-liikuntaelimist\u00f6n kipuja. Kaikki liikkeet tehd\u00e4\u00e4n rauhallisessa tahdissa, oman kehon tuntemuksia kuunnellen.<\/p>\n<p>N\u00e4ill\u00e4 tunneilla ei treenata hampaat irvess\u00e4, vaan nautitaan liikunnan ilosta mukavassa ilmapiiriss\u00e4 ja tunnelmallisessa harjoittelusalissa!<\/p>\n<h2><strong>Miten osallistun?<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Pilatekseen voit osallistua viikoittaisilla ryhm\u00e4liikuntatunneilla. Pilatestunneille ja -kursseille tarvitset mukaan joustavat, vartalonmy\u00f6t\u00e4iset vaatteet. Tunnilla ollaan ilman kenki\u00e4. Halutessasi voit ottaa mukaan juomapullon.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>Mit\u00e4 kurssilla tapahtuu?<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Kurssilla teemme sek\u00e4 lihaksia vahvistavaa ett\u00e4 kehoa huoltavaa ja venytt\u00e4v\u00e4\u00e4 harjoitusta, hengityksen rytmitt\u00e4m\u00e4n\u00e4.<\/p>\n<p>Harjoittelun keski\u00f6ss\u00e4 on keskivartalon ydintuen eli syvien lihasten vahvistaminen sek\u00e4 pilateksen perusteiden oppiminen.<\/p>\n<p>Pilates alkeiskurssilla aloitat parantamaan ryhti\u00e4si ja vahvistamaan keskivartalosi syvi\u00e4 lihaksia sek\u00e4 selk\u00e4\u00e4.
